Le projet régional d’accès à l’électricité hors réseau (ROGEAP) vise à accroître l’accès aux services électriques durables dans les quinze pays membres de la CEDEAO et quatre autres pays (à savoir le Cameroun, le Tchad, la Mauritanie et la République centrafricaine) pour les ménages, les entreprises et dans certains pays les établissements publics de santé et d’éducation dans le cadre d’un programme pilote.
