This regional workshop was officially launched by Mr. Moussa DOSSO, Director of Energy
Renewables and Bioenergy, representing Mr. Ehouman KALIFA, Chief Executive Officer of
Minister of Energy at the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy of Côte d’Ivoire in the presence of Mr.
Elhadji SYLLA, Coordinator of ROGEAP, representing Commissioner Sediko DOUKA in
ECOWAS Infrastructure, Energy and Digitalization Officer.
After its regional launch in October 2023 in Praia, Cabo Verde, ROGEAP has entered
in the active phase of deployment of its technical components, with the support of its
Project Fund Manager, structure recruited by ECOWAS for the implementation of activities
