Lomé, Regional capacity-building workshop for experts from ROGEAP member states
From May 16 to 18, 2023, the Togolese capital Lomé is hosting a regional capacity-building workshop for experts from ROGEAP member states on standards for solar home system kits with a capacity of up to 350 watts.
This workshop, which brings together the second wave of French-speaking ROGEAP countries, follows those held in Niamey, Niger and Accra, Ghana.
The regional workshop was officially launched by Mr. Lare Arzouma Botre, President of the High Authority for Quality and the Environment of Togo (HAUQE-Togo), Mr. Francis Semporé, Executive Director of the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) and Mr. Sylla Elhadji, Senior Advisor representing Commissioner Sédiko DOUKA in charge of Infrastructure, Energy and Digitization at ECOWAS.
